How to track Arpio-related costs in AWS

Activate a Cost Allocation Tag in AWS to track costs associated with Arpio-managed resources

Cost Explorer allows filtering by tag, for future incurred costs after the tag is activated.

Steps:

1. Activate a user-generated cost allocation tag
   1. Go to Billing and Cost Management > Cost Organization > Cost Allocation Tags
   2. Activate a tag for arpio:account

2. Wait for AWS to capture new cost data with the activated tag. Then, for future billing cycles, you can split out Arpio-related costs.
3. Analyze on Cost Explorer
   1. Go to Cost Explorer > expand Report Parameters toolbar on the right > Tag > select arpio:account > Then choose tag values (select your Arpio account ID)
