What is my recovery environment in Arpio?

Your recovery environment is where you'll run your applications in the event of a disaster. It is defined by an AWS account and an AWS region.

Your recovery environment can exist in any AWS region of your choosing, as long as it's distinct from the region of your primary environment. It can exist in any AWS account of your choosing, even if it's the same as your primary environment. We recommend you setup your recovery environment in a different AWS account to protect you from malicious attacks on your primary environment.
