How do I contact Support?

There are several ways to contact Arpio for support.

  • Email support@arpio.io
  • Start a live chat conversation
    • Existing customers can sign into the Arpio console and click the Chat icon in the bottom right corner; or go to Help > Support on the bottom of the lefthand menu and click Chat with Us
    • If you do not have an Arpio login, you can contact our Sales team by going to arpio.io and clicking the Chat icon in the bottom right corner
  • Submit a ticket
    • Sign into the Arpio console
    • Go to Help > Support on the bottom of the lefthand menu
    • Click Open a Ticket and Submit
  • For business critical emergencies, call our 24/7 support line
    • Sign into the Arpio console to find our primary and backup telephone numbers 
    • Go to Help > Support on the bottom of the lefthand menu
    • Call the US telephone numbers provided and an Arpio team member will assist
